Scottish Highland Cattle
Scottish Highland Cattle are a moderate sized, hardy breed of cattle. Both male and female animals bear an impressive and distinctive set of horns. They are also often known a the 'shaggy' cattle. We've enjoyed the work these cattle have done for our property. They've been working with us since the beginning from the initial rehabilitation and removal of knapweed to today in helping to manage pastures in high quality forage.

Highland Cattle are known to be prolific foragers. This makes them a valuable asset in land clearing.
